Entertaining Toddlers/Preschoolers on a rainy day

With all the hurricanes and tropical storms going through the East coast, I thought I'll share how we keep my kids entertained when going out isn't an option. Being a mom, there's so much scrutiny to limit screen time for your kids. Though I personally believe that it was television that helped sparked my 2 year old's speech. My daughter at the time was recommended for early intervention due to a limited vocabulary. And with a newborn to take care of, we resorted to giving her her first screen time exposure.  Her vocabulary exploded almost immediately.

Discover it Card - $100 Sign up Bonus

Not my usual post - but I realized that Discover's it card hardly ever as a sign up bonus.  But as a current cardholder, I'm able to share a referral link which gives new card applicants a $100 sign up bonus. (Please note that I also receive a bonus if you use my affiliate link. TIA!) Discover's it card is usually something I keep in my pocket because they have 5% cashback on various categories every quarter. Our Place   (not affiliated)  is running their Black Friday sale already so I picked up this Mini Perfect Pot. I already own the Perfect Pot and Always Pan (ordered from last year's Black Friday sale and it's $10 less than what I paid for now). Love the Always Pan - we use it every time we cook, even if it's not that often.  Gotta admit though, the pan outer layer does stain no matter how well/quick we wash it after use. I'll just leave it at it being well used.  Our Place Mini Perfect Pot in Lavender - linked here  (not affiliated) I've been searching for a smaller pot to complement the Perfect Pot and this year they came out with mini versions. I ordered it in the color  Lavender  (Little C picked the...
